PMDA collects relevant information on cultural heritage in sub-Saharan Africa and makes it available through a variety of media including:

Visiting Haller Park, Kenya

• An annual newsletter. A joint project with EPA, based in Porto Novo, Benin, the newsletter is a compilation of English and French articles on heritage activities and projects, regional initiatives, current research, and other news written by professionals from sub-Saharan Africa. The first edition will be produced in 2002. Contact us to receive your free copy.

• The PMDA Web site. Visit www.heritageinafrica.org often to learn about PMDA, its programmes and activities and to look for reports, links and other news.

• Touring Fort Jesus, Kenya

  The Fort Jesus Museum Library. ICCROM and other institutions have contributed works related to the conservation and management of cultural heritage as well as other general topics. The library has a large number of holdings, which are available to participants on PMDA training activities, interns and other visitors.
